GET HIRED! is an intensive employability and placement programme by Youth Opportunity & Transformation in Africa (YOTA) in partnership with The King’s Trust International (KTI). The programme equips young graduates and job seekers with the skills, confidence, and employer connections needed to transition into meaningful employment.

Through practical career readiness training, mentorship, and a high-impact employer matching process, selected participants will have the opportunity to interview directly with hiring companies and secure employment.

Yes. Participation is free for selected fellows.

The fellowship prepares all participants for employment. Top-performing fellows will be shortlisted for direct employer matching and recruitment opportunities.

Training will be delivered primarily through digital platforms, while the Job Fair will be held in Accra.

The fellowship runs for approximately 10 weeks, followed by up to one year of post-placement mentorship for successful candidates.
