YOTA’s achievements to date have been driven by a committed team of full-time and part-time staff, consultants, and volunteers, all bringing diverse backgrounds and talents to our mission of transforming the lives of Africa’s youth.

We have recorded remarkable success in the youth sector over the years, thanks to our predominantly youthful team. With more than 70% of our team members being young professionals under the age of 35, YOTA proudly stands as a genuinely youth-led organisation.
